What counts as an enrollment?
One contact successfully enrolled into a sequence = one enrollment. If an attempt fails or is skipped — say the contact is already in a sequence — it doesn’t count. The bulk action checks your remaining quota once and only attempts what’s left, so you never get a wall of “limit reached” rejections.
