Privacy Policy
The short version: we store the minimum to run the app, we never touch your email content, and you can have your data deleted on request.
Last updated August 1, 2026.
What we collect
SeqBridge is designed to store the minimum needed to do its job:
- OAuth tokens for your HubSpot portal, so the app can call the HubSpot APIs on your behalf.
- One audit record per enrollment attempt — the portal ID, contact ID, sequence ID, the resolved sender, the status, and the reason for any failure.
- Plan and usage data — your current plan and how many successful enrollments you’ve made in the current month, for quota enforcement.
- Upgrade and support messages you send us — the email address and details you provide.
What we never collect
SeqBridge does not read, store, or send the content of your emails or sequences. It enrolls contacts into sequences you built in HubSpot; the message content stays in HubSpot.
Payments
We do not collect card or bank details — billing is a manual bank transfer, and there is no card processor in the loop.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: to enroll contacts when your workflow runs, to show you why an enrollment failed, to enforce your plan’s monthly limit, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How requests are secured
Every request HubSpot makes to SeqBridge is verified against HubSpot’s v3 request signature, rejected if it’s older than five minutes, and compared in constant time. Tokens are held only to make authorized API calls for your portal.
Retention & deletion
Uninstalling SeqBridge from your HubSpot portal stops all access immediately. To have your stored tokens and audit records deleted as well, ask through the support page and we’ll remove them. Audit records are otherwise kept so your enrollment history and the on-contact status card remain accurate.
Sub-processors
SeqBridge runs on standard cloud hosting and calls HubSpot’s APIs. We don’t share your data with third parties beyond what’s required to operate the service and comply with the law.
Changes
We’ll update this page and the date above when our practices change.
