Terms of Service

The service

SeqBridge is an independent HubSpot marketplace app that adds a workflow action to enroll contacts into HubSpot sequences. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc. Your use of HubSpot remains governed by HubSpot’s own terms.

Plans, quota & fair use

Each plan includes a monthly limit on successful enrollments, measured over the UTC calendar month. Only successful enrollments count toward the limit. When you reach it, the workflow action returns a “fail and continue” result rather than erroring, so the rest of your workflow still runs. HubSpot’s own rate and send limits apply on top of ours.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed by bank transfer, confirmed by hand. There is no card checkout.
• Quarterly and yearly terms are billed once for the whole period.
• A paid plan that lapses reverts to Free automatically; your history is retained, so renewing restores your standing.
• You may stop at any time by telling us; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, after which the portal reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us.

Acceptable use

Use SeqBridge only to enroll contacts you’re permitted to contact, in compliance with HubSpot’s terms and applicable anti-spam and privacy law. Don’t use it to send unsolicited bulk mail or to abuse HubSpot’s systems.

Availability & limits

We aim for reliable service but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some limits come from HubSpot’s API and are outside our control — for example, there is no public unenroll endpoint, so SeqBridge cannot offer unenrollment.

Liability

SeqBridge is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior three months.

Termination

You can stop using SeqBridge at any time by uninstalling it from your HubSpot portal, which ends all access immediately. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

We’ll update this page and the date above when these terms change.
